BLAKE REYNOLDS

Blake Reynolds is the owner of Reynolds Ag Solutions. He coordinates the day-to-day operations of the company and leads the charge on sales. He is also a certified Precision Planting technician.

Blake grew up working on the farm with his dad and grandfathers. As a freshman in high school, he started an FFA Supervised Agriculture Experience (SAE) project with 4.3 acres of crop ground and has been raising corn, soybeans and alfalfa ever since. The Indianola native has a bachelor's degree in agricultural studies with a minor in agronomy from Iowa State University.

Blake currently serves on the Warren County Corn Growers board and the Warren County Fair board, also the Grandstand Superintendent Chairman.


ZAC PRESTON

Zac Preston serves as the shop manager. He joined the Reynolds Ag Solutions team in 2013 and coordinates the repairs, installations and other shop work. Zac is a certified Precision Planting technician, provides mapping expertise and offers technical support to customers.

The Carlisle native grew up on a diversified grain and livestock farm and has a bachelors degree in Ag Systems Technology from Iowa State University. Zac started his career as a project manager at PMI, a company that designs, builds and maintains grain and material handling facilities.

Zac serves as a Warren County Fair Board Director and is also the chairman of the Buildings and Grounds Committee.

KADEN FITZGERALD

Kaden Fitzgerald serves as a certified Precision Planting technician and sales associate for Reynolds Ag Solutions. Kaden Joined the Reynolds Ag Solutions team in 2023 as a summer intern. He moved into the full time position after he graduated from Des Moines Area Community College with his associates degree in Agricultural Business.

Kaden grew up in Russel, Iowa raising and showing beef cattle. After a college visit to PTI Farm, he discovered a passion for precision technology  and agronomy.

Kaden is currently a Superintendent on the Building and Grounds Committee, on the Board of Directors for the Warren County Fair. He spends his free time deer and pheasant hunting.

LOGAN MAUCH

Logan Mauch serves as the office manager for Reynolds Ag Solutions. She joined the Reynolds Ag Solutions team in December 2023.

The Colorado native grew up in a family of farmers and ranchers. Iowa State University brought her to Iowa as her initial plan was to pursue a degree in Veterinary Medicine. In 2014 she started working for a cooperative in central Iowa, where she worked in various roles amongst the grain, agronomy and energy divisions.

CUTLER PALAR

Cutler Palar serves as a certified Precision Planting technician and sales associate for Reynolds Ag Solutions. Cutler joined the Reynolds Ag Solutions team in 2020 as a summer intern. He moved into the full time position in 2022 after he graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with his bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business.

Cutler grew up on an acreage outside of Carlisle, working for his neighbor and close friend on a row crop farm where he quickly fell in love with agriculture. Cutler now raises his own corn and soybeans in Warren County with the help of Blake Reynolds.

Cutler is currently a Superintendent on the Building and Grounds Committee, on the Board of Directors for the Warren County Fair. He spends his free time deer and waterfowl hunting as well as fishing.

MARTIN REYNOLDS

Martin Reynolds is an office and shop assistant with Reynolds Ag Solutions, and Blake’s dad. He is a Warren county native and  grew up farming with his dad and later farmed with his father in law.  For 27 years, he and his wife Jo owned and operated a feed business. For many years, Blake helped out with the feed business and learned that he enjoyed the agronomy side of agriculture opposed to animal production.

Currently, Martin divides his tie between Reynolds Ag Solutions and helping his other son Brandon with their cowherd.  He is the Treasurer of the Warren County Cattlemen's Association and President of the Warren County Ag (fair) Association.
